Compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Regulations begins with the rental advertisement. Pre-qualification begins with that very first call and appointment to view the unit.

Our move-in process includes a detailed checklist of unit condition and tenants have 24 hour access to our online system to pay rent or report a maintenance issue.

If your tenant would like to extend their lease and you approve, we will perform an inspection prior to final approval.

When tenants move-out, proper regulations are applied to insure accurate deductions from a tenant’s security deposit. Once your tenant gives notice, we are beginning the search for a new tenant in order to lessen any income differential.
